Six games. One deck. Zero lectures.
Kids learn how much fiber is in real plants — and actually remember it — because the learning is built into the game. Biffie's Fiber Card Game gives you 40 professionally printed cards, each showing a plant and its fiber grams per serving, plus 2 special Biffie Cards. Shuffle them and you have everything you need for six completely different games in one deck.
What's in the box
- 40 full-color plant cards — plants and fiber gram counts per serving, standard playing card size
- 2 special Biffie Cards — wild cards that add bonus fun to most games
- Instruction cards included — rules for all six games printed right on the cards
- 6 games in one deck:
- Feed Biffie (2–4 players) — Biffie's version of Go Fish. Collect the most sets of 4 matching plant cards to win.
- Secret Biffie (2–5 players) — Each player holds a secret face-down card. Draw from the stock pile and build the highest fiber gram point total. Every fiber gram = 1 point. Biffie Cards are worth 15 points.
- 100 Grams (2–6 players, double deck) — Form sets of 3 or more matching cards and play rounds until someone reaches 100 total fiber grams. Biffie Cards are wild and worth 15 points.
- Fiber War (2 players) — Highest fiber gram card wins the round. Biffie Cards beat all fiber cards.
- Memory (all ages) — Flip and match plant cards. Great for younger players.
- Making 10 (all ages) — Add fiber gram counts to reach 10. Math and nutrition in one game.
Who it's for
Designed for Pre-K through 5th grade. The games scale with the child: younger kids love Memory and Feed Biffie, while older kids add Making 10, Secret Biffie, and 100 Grams, which layer in math fluency and strategy. Works at the kitchen table, in a classroom, or at family game night.
Why the physical deck, not the free printable?
The free printable version is a great classroom tool — but this is the one kids ask to play again. Professionally printed cards hold up to repeated use, shuffle like a real card game, and feel like something worth pulling off the shelf. If your child has already met Biffie at school, this is the game they know.
Designed by a registered dietitian
Theresa Laurenz, MS, RDN, created Feed Biffie to make fiber and gut health approachable for families — without turning dinner into a nutrition lecture. The card game is the hands-on extension of that same idea. Ships directly from California.
